Miramasa
Location: Chicago, IL
Role: Culinary & Creative Director
Scope: Concept development, menu architecture, ingredient logic, systems design
Overview
Miramasa is a modern bowl concept built at the intersection of ancient food intelligence and contemporary urban life. It treats everyday eating as ritual, designed for repetition, nourishment, and clarity rather than indulgence or trend.
Approach
Menus are structured around balance, digestibility, and sustained energy.
Grains, proteins, and vegetables are selected for function as much as flavor.
Global references are filtered through restraint, not fusion.
Design & Systems
Ingredient matrices, prep logic, and portion structures were engineered for speed and consistency. The concept integrates Ayurvedic and functional principles into a format that operates cleanly within QSR economics. Food, packaging, and workflow are designed as a single system.
Outcome
Miramasa will demonstrate that functional, culturally grounded food can scale without losing coherence -bridging wellness, accessibility, and operational discipline.
Status
Active.
What will Remain
A scalable framework for modern nourishment that treats food as infrastructure for daily life, not escape from it
